Mark joined Xeros as Chief Executive Officer in September 2015. Mark's background is in business development, finance and operations with Global enterprises including Total, Laing O'Rourke and BOC. During his career he has lived and worked in the US, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Xeros, Mark led a number of technology start-ups in the cleantech arena.


PaulDenney.pngPaul Denney, Chief Financial Officer

Paul has built a strong track record in international corporate finance with businesses operating in the public markets and under private equity ownership. He established his career in financial management with US-based IT outsourcing business, Electronic Data Systems Inc. (now part of Hewlett Packard), working in the UK, Spain and Latin America. 

His two most significant recent roles were within high growth environments at Experian plc and at Callcredit Information Group. These roles encompassed organic and inorganic development both in the UK and overseas. Paul is a qualified accountant and has an MBA from the London Business School.


sjenkinsDr. Steve Jenkins, Chief Science Officer

Dr. Steve Jenkins is a polymer physicist with over 20 years of experience in new product R&D. His previous career with various blue chip corporations (including DuPont, INVISTA and ICI) focused on novel polymer solutions ranging from advanced long fibre composites for aerospace applications, to packaging resins and novel processing additives.

Over this time he worked as a R&D leader in Europe, USA, India and the Far East – successfully commercialising numerous new product developments.

Tony has a 25 year career across every aspect of the supply chain from innovation engineering to global manufacturing operations in various industries from OEM equipment, electronics, machining, moulding and chemical processes. Tony has worked for a number of blue chip corporations that include Philips, Ingersoll Rand and has held senior executive positions including General Manager of a light sources manufacturer in the Middle East and VP Head of Operations for one of Philips global businesses with sales of £600m.

Tony joined Xeros as Global Operations Director in 2015. He is a University of Manchester graduate, BSc Engineering
(Mechanical/Electrical/Control) and has a Post Grad Diploma in
Manufacturing & Technology. 


Tony KerrTony Kerr, Sales Director, UK

Tony has a background in building and leading successful commercial sales and marketing teams.  

He has over 10 years’ experience with international and national commercial laundry equipment manufacturers and distributors including Girbau and JLA. Tony joined Xeros in 2014.


ahewitAndy Hewitt, Global Enterprise Sales Director

Andy has 18 years of commercial experience in a variety of companies & industries. His formative years were spent at Procter & Gamble after which he moved to another FMCG blue chip corporation in Nestle where he held executive positions in B2B as well as B2C environments. In 2010, he expanded his experiences to the SME sector, particularly in the Sports & Leisure Industry. Andy was Marketing Director for the Rugby Football League and Group Sales & Marketing Director for Zyro Ltd. He ran his own sports and brand consultancy where he also advised private equity organisations. Andy is a graduate of the Manchester School of Management, UMIST.


fkennedyFrazer Kennedy, Technical Services Manager

Frazer joined the Xeros team in 2009 as Research Scientist and was promoted to Technical Services Manager in 2012. He is involved heavily in process R&D, and responsible for ensuring initial and continued suitability of The Xeros System for customers.

Frazer studied Chemistry at Sheffield University at undergraduate (Masters, First Class) and post-graduate level. Prior to joining Xeros he worked in many scientific roles, both in R&D and services, and is experienced in commercialising innovative R&D technologies.
